Power Design, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on large commercial and multifamily construction projects.

You will manage manpower, coordinate materials, maintain production schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure work meets project specifications. The role requires a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, proven leadership of five or more crew members, and experience with large projects.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Proven leadership of electrical crews and foreman experience.
• Experience managing crews of five or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical crews of five or more employees.
• Plan daily work activities, manpower needs, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and field personnel.
• Enforce jobsite safety requirements and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure electrical installations meet codes, plans, and specs.
• Identify and resolve field issues affecting production, schedule, or scope.
