Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a crew of 2-10 electricians, including apprentices and journeymen
• Oversee shop production schedules and ensure work stays on track
• Conduct quality control inspections to meet industry standards and project requirements
• Maintain and oversee shop equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Train and mentor junior electricians, fostering a strong team environment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical work
• State of Texas Journeyman License (required)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
