Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will mentor the team, read blueprints, and ensure work meets NEC standards and project specs.

You will develop manpower schedules, prepare material lists, and coordinate with supervision to keep on track with production and budgets. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a crew of ~5 electricians.
• Solid understanding of blueprints and project documents.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and specs.
• Commitment to safety and NEC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on site.
• Ensure quality work to high standards and on schedule.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
