Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to manage daily crew activities, align with project timelines, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will coordinate labor, equipment and material resources, plan work sequences, monitor progress, and report performance while enforcing company policies and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership and clear communication on a busy industrial site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; field experience preferred.
• Ability to plan and supervise crew safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling, cost control, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe and timely construction.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained properly.
• Maintain reporting records including quantities, productivity, time sheets and daily reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Promote safety by conducting toolbox talks and communicating plans with leads and crews.
