Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company seeks an experienced supervisor to lead field crews on industrial construction projects in Texas. The role focuses on coordinating personnel, equipment and materials to meet project timelines and safety standards.

You will train crew members on proper safety procedures, supervise equipment operation and enforce company policies while maintaining accurate production records and cost control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Ability to supervise craft workers and plan tasks.
• Knowledge of scheduling, material control, and job cost.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequencing activities for assigned crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Develop and maintain safety practices, conduct toolbox talks, and communicate plans to crews.
• Monitor compliance with all company policies.
