Job summary

Responsibilities include planning and organizing resources, maintaining safety and quality, producing accurate reports, and guiding crews through weekly schedules while upholding company policies

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities and daily management reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedule and sequencing activities for assigned crew.
• Complete work on time within estimated costs while upholding quality.
• Conduct toolbox talks and communicate safety plans to crews and leadmen.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
