The position emphasizes planning, coordination, and adherence to company policies, with a focus on timely execution and quality workmanship across diverse electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as electrical foreman on commercial construction.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
• Current state driver’s license if required by job conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a work crew of up to 10 people on electrical installations.
• Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste and ensure code compliance.
• Prepare sketches showing wiring locations or follow diagrams to install as required.
• Observe equipment function to determine hazards and maintenance needs; perform repairs as needed.
• Complete required paperwork (time sheets, safety reports, etc.) and requisition materials.
• Supervise job site activities and ensure tools, materials, and information are staged properly.
