Minimum Experience Requirements of a Foreman:

1. 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience working with an electrical contractor/subcontractor in a commercial or industrial construction environment.
2. At least 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Additional Requirements and Expectations:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass a mandatory drug screen.
• Satisfactory performance on skills and capabilities assessments.
• Provide two professional references.
• Own and provide basic personal tools of the trade.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct electricians, train helpers and apprentices.
• Lead a team of 4+ helpers, apprentices, and electricians.
• Develop the skills of team members.
• Use and understand Procore and Bluebeam.
• Track daily progress using Procore.
• Plan, layout, and install electrical systems per specifications.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Management.
• Inspect electrical systems and components for hazards and quality.
• Adhere to National Electrical Code and safety policies.
