Overview

U.S. Electrical Testing specializes in electrical acceptance testing, maintenance testing, and commissioning services for mission-critical facilities, secure environments, commercial and industrial clients, and electrical contractors. Capabilities include emergency response, engineering services, and turn-key installation and repair.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and perform inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and start-up of low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment.
  2. Conduct acceptance and maintenance testing on electrical power systems and equipment, including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and relays.
  3. Analyze test results, determine equipment condition, and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Ensure safety and contribute to project success; travel locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant electrical experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Valid/active U.S. Work Authorization.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Preferred NETA / NICET certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety standards (ANSI, IEEE, NETA, NFPA, NEC, OSHA).
  • Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and interpretation of schematics and manuals.
  • Ability to interpret and troubleshoot medium and high-voltage systems.
  • Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments.
