RESA Power, LLC is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Orlando location and oversee the electrical field testing division. The role emphasizes mentoring technicians, coordinating schedules, and delivering technically sound solutions for customers.

The candidate should have an Associate degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in related work, and strong knowledge of NETA/NEC/OSHA/NFPA. Travel and flexible hours are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years related experience in technical services.
• Knowledge of industry standards: NETA, NEC, OSHA, NFPA.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers and relay testing preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned location/department.
• Hire, train, mentor, and review direct reports; develop goals and training plans.
• Schedule local team work and coordinate with other managers for larger jobs.
• Provide technical solutions, review quotes, and audit field work for quality.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure profitability of jobs.
• Support safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel as required and manage out-of-town job logistics.
