Job summary

POWERX Co is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead the Testing Department, guiding strategic direction, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service. You will coordinate across departments to optimize performance and safety in electrical testing operations.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of electrical testing, and experience supervising teams. Candidates should be prepared for travel and possess relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• NETA level III or higher certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of technical experience in Electrical Testing or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Testing Department.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance, Sales, and HR to support department goals.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the department.
• Prepare reports and debriefs for Operations.
• Mentor and develop Testing Department personnel.
