Job summary

Norlee Group is seeking a Lead Service Technician in Orlando to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in the field. You will respond to service requests, perform routine and emergency repairs, and support equipment upgrades to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The role requires reading schematics, documenting activities, and communicating with the manager. A valid driver’s license, strong communication, and NEC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in residential, commercial, and repair work.
• Completion of accredited electrical apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid, clean driver's license required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems in the field.
• Respond to service calls, including emergencies.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades.
• Read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Document service activities and expenses.
• Educate customers on operation and safety.
• Identify and report potential design or performance issues.
• Communicate with the department manager about field activities.
