Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is looking for a Lead Person to oversee the management of project installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.

You will lead field teams, ensure work is completed on time and within budget, and uphold safety standards on every job site. The role requires completion of an electrical apprenticeship and at least six years of experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Six years (12,000 hours) of electrical field experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site management of multiple electrical projects to meet schedule and budget.
• Supervise field personnel and coordinate crews of 25+ workers.
• Address conflicts and ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Review project documents and maintain logs, time cards, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure licensing and training requirements are maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
