Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited Apprenticeship Program completion or six years on the job electrical experience required.
• Journeyman License requirement in states, locales, or projects, as required.
• High School graduate or equivalency, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site electrical installations, alterations, additions, and repairs.
• Coordinate field personnel and equipment to meet project deadlines within budget and quality standards.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce OSHA and company policies on site.
• Review blueprints and shop drawings to visualize final work before installation.
• Mentor crew members and provide regular feedback to improve performance.
