Job summary

Rosendin Electric is hiring a Superintendent to direct, train, and manage field personnel and subcontractors for projects in the Texas region. You will coordinate project staffing, safety, and scheduling to meet timelines and budgets, while upholding Rosendin’s standards and client expectations.

You will engage with Project Managers, ensure compliance with government regulations, and drive workforce development, with opportunities for advancement within a large, employee-owned electrical

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive, interpersonal and customer-focused.
• Expertise in commercial electrical field management.
• Self-starter who solves problems under time constraints.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team-building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Project Manager and subcontractors to coordinate processes.
• Establish hiring processes for field personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate material shipments to job sites.
• Oversee projects to forecast and meet budgets.
• Oversee Safety Program and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with Tools/Equipment Manager on tools and inventory.
• Lead Production and Field Staffing teams for the area.
• Assist in interviewing and training Field Staff.
