The role requires strong leadership and adherence to Rosendin standards. The ideal candidate has a state electrical license and 5+ years of electrical experience, including foreman or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• State Issued Electrical license, as required by state
• 5 years of electrical experience
• Experience in a Foreman, Superintendent or other electrical leadership role

Responsibilities

• Monitor installations and ensure work meets Rosendin standards and project specs
• Manage crew productivity, safety, quality, and labor cost
• Coordinate with general contractor and customers on schedules and manpower
• Handle procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain as‑builts and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with NEC and all codes and Rosendin policies
