Job summary

Rosendin in Houston seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations for multiple electrical projects. You will direct subcontractors, coordinate staffing, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager, establishing hiring processes for field personnel, managing material flow to sites, and developing training for field staff. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in similar facility, construction technology, methods and equipment, tools and work procedures.
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Project Manager and subcontractors to coordinate standardization of processes.
• Establish new hiring processes and procedures for field personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate material to ship to job site.
• Oversee and ensure all projects in area meet forecast.
• Oversee the Safety Program and ensure Safety Standards are met.
• Ensure Field Staff follow government regulations and contract documents.
• Assign field staffing to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with Tools/Equipment Manager regarding tools and inventory.
• Manage Production and Field Staffing Team and staff evaluation.
• Assist interviewing, hiring, and training of Field Staff.
• Develop training programs for Field Staffing.
• Conduct area Production and Field Staff meetings.
