Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in similar facility/construction environments.
• Experience with field staffing, scheduling, and safety program management.
• Ability to read complex contract documents and coordinates with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager and subcontractors to standardize processes.
• Schedule material delivery and ensure on-time project Startups.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assign field staffing to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead area production and field staff meetings as needed.
