Job summary

Rosendin Foreman in Dallas oversees electrical installations, coordinates crews, ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence on high-profile projects. You’ll manage procurement, change orders, and daily field operations, reporting to the general foreman while maintaining Rosendin standards.

Ideal candidates bring a state electrical license and 5+ years of electrical leadership, with proven foreman or superintendent experience and strong collaboration with contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• State Issued Electrical license is required.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience.
• Experience in a Foreman, Superintendent or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve productivity objectives by managing and assigning tasks to crew members and maintaining labor logs.
• Establish project goals and monitor success in reaching objectives.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure materials are received per bulk buy procedures.
• Adhere to contract changes and authorize notice-to-proceed policies.
• Utilize prefabrication facilities and company installation methods.
• Ensure safety equipment and tools are onsite to perform work.
• Provide sufficient notice of crew changes to the General Foreman.
• Anticipate and resolve potential issues with a proactive approach.
• Ensure shifts start and finish on time and comply with labor laws.
• Conduct performance evaluations of crew members.
• Maintain accurate as-builts per Rosendin procedures and project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, GC, management, and crew.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and all codes and Rosendin policies.
