Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to direct and coordinate field operations for subcontractors on assigned projects. You’ll work with the Project Manager to align staffing, timelines, and resources for successful project startups and execution.

You will oversee safety programs, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, and lead a team of field staff. Travel up to 20% is required, with a focus on delivering high-quality electrical installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in a similar facility, construction technology, methods and equipment.
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager and subcontractors to standardize processes and resolve mutual concerns.
• Help establish hiring processes for field personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate material delivery to job site.
• Oversee and ensure projects in the area meet forecasted timelines and budgets.
• Supervise Safety Program and ensure compliance with safety standards.
