Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead the Testing Department, directing daily operations, mentoring technicians, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction as part of POWERX’s mission to deliver premier power services.

The ideal candidate has NETA Level III or higher certification, 5+ years in electrical testing or engineering, and 3+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• NETA level III or higher certification.
• 5+ years of technical experience in Electrical Testing or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Testing Department operations and provide strategic direction.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance, Sales, and HR to support department goals.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the department and ensure compliance.
• Mentor and train Testing Department personnel; develop subordinates’ credentials.
• Prepare reports and debriefs for Operations and other departments.
