Job summary

POWERX is hiring a Field Service Manager to lead and coordinate the Testing Department, ensuring high-quality service and strong customer support. The role collaborates with Accounting/Finance, Sales, and HR to align department goals and performance.

Travel up to 50% is expected across projects. Qualified candidates will have a technical background in electrical testing, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• NETA Level III or higher certification.
• 5+ years of technical experience in Electrical Testing or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Testing Department.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance, Sales, and Human Resources to support department goals.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and project billing meetings.
• Mentor technicians and assist with onboarding and reviews.
