Sundt Construction in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an entry-level Project Engineer assistant to act as the technical information source for the project, handling drawings, specs, submittals, and change orders under guidance. You will support the PMP plan, assist in LEED coordination, prepare meeting minutes, RFl's, and maintain logs.

This role offers growth through three steps (I, II, Senior) and a pathway from entry-level.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring a four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical/field experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential for coordination with owners, architects and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining as-built drawings and processing submittals, change orders, RFl's, and budget forecasting.
• Support project management plan execution and change management processes.
• Maintain safety culture and project quality management compliance, and assist with LEED documentation.
