Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Estimator II to prepare bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You will review specs and drawings, perform takeoffs, and gather subcontractor bids with senior input, ensuring accurate, competitive proposals.

Role supports small- to medium-sized projects with opportunity for growth and collaboration with a senior estimator. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience estimating data centers and/or commercial construction projects, preferably in electrical construction.
• Proficient in Accubid estimating and CAD or 3D software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review proposal specs and drawings to determine scope of work.
• Prepare estimates by complete takeoff and input into estimating system.
• Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and solicit quotes.
• Itemize and quantify all incidentals for bids.
