Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects, preferably in electrical construction.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in teams.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering design drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates by calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work.
• Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and solicit quotes.
• Review proposal specifications and drawings.
