Job summary

Rosendin in Coppell, TX is seeking an Estimator II to join our growing estimating team. This mid-level role prepares bid documents, performs takeoffs, and coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors to develop accurate electrical project estimates.

You’ll work with senior estimators on small- to medium-sized bids, review drawings and specifications, and present cost packages to leadership. A bachelor’s degree and 3 years estimating experience are preferred; CAD/3D tools and Accubid are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects, preferably electrical.
• Proficient in Accubid estimating; CAD or 3D software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
• Prepare estimates by complete takeoffs and entering data into the estimating system.
• Identify qualified suppliers and solicit quotes; review quotes for completeness.
