Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to guide a high-performing engineering team through product development, NPI, production and sustaining activities. You will set priorities, plan resources, and drive accountability and technical rigor across multiple product platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with complex products or integrated systems.
• 3+ years of experience leading, supervising or managing engineering teams.
• Experience leading electrical design activities: power distribution, protection, schematics, panel layouts, wiring, grounding, or electrical compliance.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an engineering team across product development, NPI, production and sustaining activities.
• Plan resources across multiple projects and balance workload and dependencies, ensuring schedules and milestones are met.
• Provide technical guidance and design oversight while empowering engineers to own their work.
• Facilitate reviews, resolve cross-functional issues, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions across design, production and field issues.
