Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with complex products and systems.
• 3+ years of experience leading, supervising or managing engineering teams.
• Experience supporting product development, NPI, production or sustaining engineering.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Plan resources, schedules, and milestones across projects and platforms.
• Provide technical guidance, design oversight, and risk management.
• Facilitate design reviews and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders during planning and reviews.
