Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced engineering leader to plan, organize, and direct a multi-functional engineering department. You will develop architecture, system design, and requirements engineering processes to meet company objectives.

You will guide platform and product architectures with senior staff, forecast department results, and control costs while ensuring safety and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Extensive manufacturing and/or R&D experience with leadership.
• Experience in cost management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
