Job summary

Adecco seeks a Technical Lead for industrial electrification projects, guiding system designs, assessments, and installations. You will oversee a team of electrical engineers and superintendents, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.

Requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 15+ years in industrial electrical installation/maintenance. Extensive US travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in industrial electrical installation and maintenance.
• Willing to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial electrification projects and oversee system designs, infrastructure assessments, and installations.
