Job summary

GTN Solutions GmbH is seeking a senior electrical engineering lead to drive projects from discussions and estimating through design, certification, and engineering changes. You will coordinate customers, suppliers, and international teams, review electrical systems and documentation, and support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, 12+ years' experience, and 7+ years leading

• Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 12 years of relevant experience.
• At least 7 years leading electrical engineering scope for industrial equipment or integrated machinery.

Job description

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience), at least 12 years of relevant experience, and at least 7 years leading electrical engineering scope for industrial equipment or integrated machinery. Candidates need strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, U.S. regulatory requirements, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination, and must be eligible to work in the United States without employer-sponsored or time-limited visa support.
