  • Ability to travel nationwide and maintain a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical projects including system modifications and large-scale installations.
  • Manage procurement and site resources for efficiency.
  • Implement and verify Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) procedures for safety.
  • Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and complex terminations.
  • Supervise panel, motor, and control wiring installation from start to finish.
  • Mentor apprentices and journeymen to grow team capability.
  • Coordinate with project engineers to deliver field outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of electrical projects, including system modifications, relocations, and large-scale installations.
  • Manage project-level material procurement and ensure site resources are organized for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement and verify strict Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) procedures to guarantee a secure working environment.
  • Perform precision tasks such as conduit bending, wire pulling, and complex terminations for power distribution systems.
  • Supervise the installation of panels, motors, and control wiring, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to apprentices and journeymen to foster professional growth and team productivity.
  • Coordinate with project engineers to translate technical requirements into successful field outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Skills
  • Active Master Electrician license and completion of an accredited electrical trade program.
  • Extensive background in industrial electrical systems, including three-phase power and advanced wiring methods.
  • Proven ability to read blueprints, apply electrical theory, and adhere to National Electrical Codes.
  • Capability to operate heavy equipment such as aerial lifts and forklifts safely.
