Job summary

PENTA ENGINEERING CORPORATION is seeking a senior electrical engineer to lead industrial plant power, controls, and automation projects. You will define criteria and specifications, and contribute to drawings and system protection while overseeing staff and project planning.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a PE license with multi-state eligibility, and a master's degree preferred. Relocation assistance and competitive benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience, expertise in industrial electrical power, controls, and automation, and a Professional Engineer registration with the ability to obtain registrations across the United States. A master's degree in electrical engineering is preferred; a bachelor's degree with relevant experience may be considered, along with knowledge of applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and engineering software.

• Lead electrical engineering work for industrial plant power, controls, and automation projects, defining criteria, specifications, drawings, and system protection.
• Manage and develop department staff, support project proposals and planning, maintain engineering resources, and assist with commissioning at construction sites.
