Qualifications

• Five years+ as General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Experience managing union labor is a plus.
• Direct and supervise construction crews; strong safety focus.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and installation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to medium construction projects.
• Perform daily safety, quality, and productivity inspections.
• Coordinate between contractors and suppliers; establish schedules.
• Provide job safety training and ensure QA standards.
• Develop and manage job schedules; monitor budgets and cost control.
