• Oversee full project lifecycle from costing to installation and commissioning.

• Perform arc flash studies and manage LOTO procedures.

As a Lead Industrial Electrical Engineer, you will spearhead the design, installation, and optimization of complex power distribution systems for industrial environments. You will serve as a technical authority, ensuring all infrastructure projects meet rigorous safety standards and operational efficiency goals while managing field execution and cross-functional project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys and develop comprehensive power distribution designs, including one-line drawings and capacity evaluations.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial costing and resource planning to final installation and commissioning.
• Manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and electrical personnel, to ensure high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Execute complex electrical installations, including conduit bending, wire pulls, and system terminations, while maintaining compliance with National Electrical Codes.
• Collaborate with controls specialists to integrate advanced systems and perform troubleshooting for both remote and on-site issues.
• Conduct arc flash studies and manage LOTO procedures to guarantee a secure working environment for all project stakeholders.
• Support sourcing and procurement by identifying compatible technical components that align with project constraints and budget requirements.

Qualifications
