Qualificações

• Engineering Technology degree or B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems is required.
• 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform engineering design for industrial power systems from 120V to 15kV and PLC controls.
• Prepare detailed calculations including short circuit, voltage drop, cable sizing, arc flash, lighting and heat tracing.
• Create electrical drawing packages: one-line diagrams, BOMs, panel schedules, lighting plans, motor schematics.
• Develop specifications for transformers, switchgear, MCCs, etc., and ensure NEC compliance.
• Provide direction to electrical designers and assist in field work and installations.
