Job summary

Stantec seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer for water and wastewater projects in the Chandler/Tucson area. You will serve as Engineer-of-Record, sizing and specifying electrical systems, and leading design through drawings, specs, and construction documents.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with clients and contractors, and contribute to cost estimation and business development. The role requires PE license and 7–8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Engineer-of-Record for projects and/or components of varying complexity.
• Evaluates, selects, specifies, and engineers electrical systems for a project.
• Develops design through sketches, models, diagrams, and other visuals.
• Develops 3D models of electrical systems.
• Mentors junior engineers and designers.
• Prepares and revises plans, diagrams, and details.
