Job summary

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience (or higher degrees with more experience).
• Experience with RF signal chain analysis and RF lab environments.
• Familiar with reading/creating engineering drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively define and document Radar IPT hardware architecture.
• Develop component specifications and procurement requirements.
• Lead or support technical management of major subcontractors.
• Develop and manage Statements of Work for subcontractors.
• Perform compliance analysis on key performance parameters.
• Work in an RF lab to characterize and measure equipment.
