Alignment Engine Inc. seeks an owner-side electrical engineer to drive capacity expansion at its Chillicothe campus. You will review design deliverables, maintain critical records, and support expansion through construction phases.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial or data center electrical engineering, expertise in power distribution and protection, and a PE licensure path or completed degree (BSEE). This is an on-site, full-time role with attractive benefits.

• Strong knowledge of power distribution and protection systems.
• PE licensure or progress toward it is valued; BSEE completed.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Owner-side electrical engineering for ongoing capacity expansion: reviews, studies, and field engineering support.

What you’ll do:

• Review contractor/vendor electrical design deliverables
• Maintain one-lines, studies, and settings records
• Support expansion design and construction phases
• Investigate electrical events with operations
• Own electrical documentation quality

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years electrical engineering in industrial/data center settings
• Power distribution and protection experience
• PE licensure or progress toward it valued
• BSEE

Pay range:

$120,000 – $150,000 per year
