Qualifications

• BA/BS in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience in design/engineering consultancy or equivalent.
• Experience with 3D CAD and creating PCB/system CAD files for mech integration (SolidWorks preferred).
• Understanding of UL, CE and FCC guidelines for consumer electronics and industrial/medical/military products.
• Aid in estimation of electrical complexity for new projects to guide the business development team.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCB layout design for products.
• Lead firmware development for hardware platforms.
• Interface with clients, source materials and vendors for prototyping, and manage project schedule.
• Present models and progress in client design reviews.
