Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate or ability to obtain EIT within one year of hire is preferred.
• Prior internship or related work in power is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create design documents, drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials for substation projects under supervision.
• Perform engineering calculations such as load flow, relay coordination, and ground grid design under supervision.
• Learn and apply NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE and ANSI standards and use the document management system.
