KFI Engineers is seeking an Electrical Engineer III to lead electrical design efforts for our Manufacturing group. You will deliver technical excellence, manage client relationships, and contribute to proposals and business development.

Responsibilities include designing power distribution, building power/lighting systems, performing calculations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with NEC, NFPA, and IEEE standards. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years' electrical engineering experience.
• PE license or willingness to pursue this designation.
• Project experience and a working knowledge of Electrical design for building projects.
• Knowledge in NEC, NFPA, NESC, ANSI/IEEE, etc.
• Travel up to 25% domestically.

Aufgaben

• Assists with the design of power distribution systems (primary requirement).
• Supports the design of building power and lighting systems.
• Prepares engineering documents and equipment specifications.
• Assists with voltage drop and short-circuit calculations; arc fault analysis.
• Coordinates work with other departments, project teams, and contractors.
• Other duties as assigned.
