Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking an Electrical Engineer II with 2+ years of professional experience. You will join the Test Solutions team to design and deploy test equipment and interfaces for Raytheon products in hands-on, multidisciplinary cycles.

Work onsite in Tewksbury/Andover, MA with opportunities to grow, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to mission-critical projects. RTX provides competitive benefits and a stable, long-term role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or higher with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics with tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
Experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).

Responsibilities

Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Design production test stations, ITAs (Interface test Adapters), and harnesses.
Design capture activities via creating technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis.
Act, either as part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
