Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer II for Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ. You will support production, testing, and integration of airborne electrical systems, collaborating across Operations, Quality, and Engineering disciplines.

The role requires a BS in a STEM field, 2+ years of experience, and hands-on experience with RF/analog/digital design. Occasional travel and a 2nd shift schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually; Shift: 2nd shift (3pm-12AM).
• Provide resources to drive development and sustainment activities of airborne electrical products.
