Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ for hands-on development and production oversight of airborne electrical products. You will collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and multiple engineering disciplines to ensure successful production, testing, and integration.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 2+ years’ experience, with RF/analog/digital design skills and familiarity with lab equipment. Second shift and travel <10% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills across digital, analog, and RF hardware testing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to resolve issues in production and testing.
• Travel less than 10% annually; shift: 2nd shift (3pm-12AM).
