Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to support program execution across cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Quality, troubleshoot complex hardware, and participate in production, testing and integration activities. Travel is less than 10% and the role features a 3rd shift schedule (11pm–8am).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel less than 10% annually.
• Shift Information: 3rd shift (11pm-8AM).
