Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role requires active DoD Secret clearance and offers opportunity to drive production hardware work across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering teams while gaining hands-on experience with RF, analog, digital and mixed-signal designs and test equipment. The role includes less than 10% travel and a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant experience
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually
• Shift Information: 1st shift
