Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a motivated 1st shift Electrical I Engineer to support the Metrology & Test Equipment Maintenance group in Andover, MA. The role focuses on maintaining test equipment, troubleshooting, and ensuring documentation and calibration procedures are up to date.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Onsite work, with competitive compensation and benefits, awaits the selected candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of test equipment, including bench setup and RF/ Digital/ High-Power testers.
• Troubleshoot test equipment failures to identify root cause and guide technicians on rework.
• Create and review technical documentation, calibration procedures, and Lock Out Tag Out guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering groups to resolve defects and implement manufacturing floor improvements.
