RTX is seeking a motivated 1st shift Electrical I Engineer to support the Metrology & Test Equipment Maintenance (MTEM) department in Andover, MA. The role involves maintaining RF, digital and high-power testers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating to implement improvements on the manufacturing floor.

The candidate should have a STEM degree with 0–2 years of related experience and be able to obtain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and 0-2 years of experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of test equipment on the factory floor.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and guide technicians on rework.
• Create and review calibration and maintenance procedures and related drawings.
