Job summary

RTX is seeking a motivated 1st shift Electrical I Engineer in Andover, MA, to support the MTEM department’s maintenance and engineering needs on multi-discipline test platforms. You will operate in a high tempo environment, coordinating across support areas to keep production equipment running.

Candidates should have a STEM degree and be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. The role onsite in Andover offers development opportunities within a world-leading aerospace and defense company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) required.
• U.S. citizen or ability to obtain security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain test equipment including bench setup and platform testers.
• Troubleshoot failures to identify root cause and guide technicians on rework.
• Create and review calibration procedures, maintenance drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering groups to resolve defects on the manufacturing floor.
